I'm sorry you didn't get any replies. If you have another survey in the future, I recommend 2 things.

1 - put a date on the project so that people will know how much time they have to reply. Generally surveys receive more than a 2 day turn around.

2 - All surveys should be posted in the Survey & Research forum. That forum can be found here...
