I just wanted to share a resource that I recently became aware of and that has been a big hit with my kids and the kids in my community. Some neighborhood moms and I have been brainstorming ways to bring the classroom into the home and not leave our children's learning strictly in the hands of the schools. Sometimes during our playdates or playgroups we'll sit the kids down for a snack and put on an entertaining educational videos. We have found that the videos teach history as well as wholesome values, morals and lessons for daily living. Anyway, just wanted to share that! Hope you find it as useful as I do!
