Searching for birth family and sibling

I recently discovered that I had an older sibling that was also given up for adoption in the province of Sask. My birth mother was 23 and birth father was 28 at the time of my birth and they were both born in Saskatchewan. If my birth parents don't want to meet me, I would ask that they anonymously provide me with a medical history. I have been diagnosed with a chronic disease and would like to know if there are any hereditary diseases I should be aware of.
