We are in the same boat. Our court date has been delayed for 4 months and now are waiting to get it any day. Russia has said that the war would not effect our court date, however, travel would be the problem if flights are cancelled. They also told us there could possibly be delays in Moscow at the U.S embassy if it had to be closed for some reason. Hopefuly there will be no more delays because we have been waiting too long already!!!!!!

I was wondering how long you have been waiting? We are four months into the process, and we have been told that the war will not effect anything.

We have been waiting for a court date for 4 1/2 months. But it has nothing to do with the war. We went on our first trip in November and were told we would be back in 4 weeks to pick up our son. The problem has been our agency!!!!!! and the way they tried to do our adoptions. We are still hoping to here by the end of the week and travel around Easter.

I wish you luck! You'll have to let me know how you make out. It's a shame that an agency can hold things up. Our's has been excellent so far.... Have a Happy Easter (hopefully in Russia)!
