I adopted my son,2 yo from Astrakhan in May '03.It is a 2 hour flight from Moscow.I stayed in the Victoria Palace and adopted through Tree of Life and AMREX.Having adopted a daughter through Russia,I found the people very friendly and helpful in general.Any specific Questions please email me at zoomkeeper@aol.com .
