Tver adoptions?
Hi, all. I have a Canadian friend who is interested in a special needs adoption from Tver. She's having a difficult time getting started.
If you have information about Canadian agencies that work in Tver, or any information about this region, really, please could you post or e-mail? Many thanks! Kate (x-posted on another site)

Hi,
My husband and I adopted our daughter from Tver region in Autumn, 2006. I cannot help you with Canadian agencies as I am American and some of my info. may be dated but perhaps I can be of help. If you need my help feel free to PM me. Thanks, Amy K, NJ
