nikolay's first halloween
I have been having problems loading pics, but I hope this worked. This is Nikolay at his first Halloween party. I can't believe how adorable he is!! It is almost bedtime so he looks a little tired!

9/15/08 signed with agency 10/30/08 home study completed 11/14/08 switched agencies 11/29/08 USCIS approval 12/1/08 submitted dossier 12/08-2/6/09 paperwork redos 5/4/09 FINALLY--I GOT THE CALL!!!!! 5/29/09 leave for Krasnoyarsk 6/1/09-6/5/09 FIRST VISIT 6/12/09 waiting for court date 6/24/09 got my court date!! 7/8/09 leave for St Petes  7/14/09 COURT 7/31/09 arrive home JFK

9/3/08 Signed w/agency 9/8/08 Sent I600A form w/out Homestudy 9/20/08 Homestudy started 9/22/08 Mailed fingerprints to FBI 10/2/08 FBI OK'd us 10/15/08 Biometrics done for I600A 11/24/08 Homestudy mailed to complete I600A 12/15/08 Dossier to Russia 1/20/09 I171H received 4/9/09 Received 2 refferals! Boy and Girl! 4/15/09 Now have 1 of 2 referrals. 4/21/09 Received 2nd referral! 4/28/09 Accepted 2nd referral and waiting on 1st trip! 5/11/09 Child #2 is no longer available, back to waiting for another referral. 5/27/09 Still waiting for trip #1 for referral #1. 6/15/09 Dossier done. Waiting for referral for #2. Still waiting on travel dates for #1. 6/17/09 Travel dates for #1! 6/25/09 Waiting for #2 after home with #1. 6/27/09-7/4/09 Trip #1 completed 12/4/09 No court date yet. New set of docs sent to Russia...didin't like the apostille and now the docs are sarting to expire

Late in seeing these --What adorable photos! These little "newbies" are just precious - congratulations to those who've only been home a short time - and seeing some of the "oldies" who are getting so big and more beautiful every day is a real treat.
