My poor baby broke her arm today

Hi,

I feel so badly. We were called from school. My daughter was running on the playground and we think(she fell off a railroad tie). She ended up breaking her radial bone all across and a bit of her ulna too. She is hurting too. I feel real bad for her.

Prayers!

OH MAN!!! Sorry to hear about DD's arm! Hope that she feels better soon. I broke my wrist and know that it hurts when they set it but boy after the first week, it's the itching that kills!

Prayers and good wishes!
Lisa

Amy, my little guy "broke" his elbow about a month ago and it resulted in him having to wear a cast. OTC pain meds were a lifesaver the first couple of days. But then he thought it was a badge of honor to show off his cast and have his friends sign it. Hopefully, when it stops hurting, she'll look at it as an adventure.

Bath time was quite a challenge, but I got a plastic sleeve at a local medical supply store that had a huge rubber top that kind of sealed it off. It kept it all dry for the most part.

Ask for pain meds. She should not have to be in that much pain. She can get tylenol with codeine or something like that so she feels better!
