My latest passion...photo editing!
Just thought I'd share some of my 'work'...hope you all don't mind a few more pictures from me. I LOVE taking pictures and found a couple of photo editing sites....let's just say I'm addicted! Thanks for letting me share!!
DS 'discovering coral'...at the beach...DD and my first attempt at cornrow braids (no laughing)...DS and the water...and our annual 4th of July photo shoot!!

Sorry for my ignorance, what exactly is photo editing? Touching up photos to remove red eye and the like? Anyway your kids are looking lovely!

Boy and Girl! 4/15/09 Now have 1 of 2 referrals. Still waiting on 1! 4/21/09 Received 2nd referral! 4/28/09 Accepted 2nd referral and waiting on 1st trip! 5/11/09 Child #2 is no longer available, back to waiting for another referral. 5/27/09 Still waiting for trip #1 for referral #1. Paperchasing to submit new dossier to a different region for referral #2. 6/15/09 Dossier done. Waiting for referral for #2. Still waiting on travel dates for #1. 6/17/09 Travel dates for #1! 6/25/09 Decided to complete adoption for #1 and return for #2 about 6 months after being home with #1. 6/27/09-7/4/09 Trip #1 completed

Thanks everyone...
Amy photo editing is just playing around with effects, colors, cropping, etc. I am using Fotoflexer (free) and the upgraded Picnik ($24.95 a year.) Honestly it's pretty easy. The one of DD's braids has about six or seven edits/effects...the others, less. I kept telling DH I wanted to get a good program...but they are very expensive and I have no clue what is what. So I started searching online (at work...LOL!) GCS~ I enjoy it...so I find the time...usually on Friday and Saturday nights after the kids are asleep. Especially if DH is out or watching some TV show I could care less about. Me, a glass of red wine, and photos...perfect. I am submitting the bucket one for a cover photo for a local magazine....they are looking for fun summer pics...I think that is summer fun at it's finest! Thanks again!
