August 2nd - Trenton/Philly Area Eastern Europe Adoption Picnic
Our FRUA Group is sponsoring a picnic at the Hamilton Area YMCA at Sawmill Sunday Aug 2nd. This is our 3rd Annual Summer picnic event.
11:30 to 2:30 Hamilton YMCA at Sawmill 185 Sawmill Road Hamilton, NJ 08620 Hamilton Area YMCA - near Trenton NJ - North of Philly; Exit 7A NJ Turnpike Games, crafts, playgound, water balloons, and swimming. Oh ..... food too (covered dish). $10 for adults;$5 for kids; under 3 free! drinks, utensils, and paper plates provided Questions or RSVP - fruanj_cs@verizon.net; ph 609-208-0232; or 609-267-8954. Come and meet up with other adoptive families. Swap notes, tell adoption stories, and discuss joys & concerns. There will be adopted children from several months old, in to their teens, and maybe 1or2 20 something adoptees. We have had adoptees from Russia, the Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Kazakstan. It's a friendly group. Happy to see and old faces.
