Ussuriysk/Vladivistok Adoptions
Has anyone adopted from the Children's Home of Ussuriysk or Vlad? I adopted my daughter from Ussuriysk in 2001. I'm thinking about going back and adopting an older child. If anyone has been lately, do you know if Tatiana is still the director?

There are 2 Tatiana's at the MOE and 1 Tatiana who is a social worker with an office in Artem... not sure if one of these is who you are looking for... but it sounds like maybe!

We adopted from Vlad in 2004 but from a different orphanage. Did you post this at the Yahoo Vlad adopt group? You might get more info there!
