We are in Moscow!!!
We are here and will meet our little guy today. A bit rainy here, not as cold as I expected, but that's a good thing. the time change for us is 8 hours and it is now 1:30 and I am UP, UP, UP!! I tried to stay up but fell asleep and now I am wide awake!!
 Oh well......very excited for today, we are trying to find places to eat while we are here for today and tomorrow so that is why I am surfing the net. Anyways, just wanted to let you all know and if you guys know of any places to eat here in Moscow, pass them on!!!Take care, Amy

Waiting for our little man 1/11/08 - started Homestudy 1/15/08 - turned in USCIS paperwork w/o homestudy 2/21/08 - Homestudy completed 3/08 - found out USCIS lost all of our paperwork 3/08 - refiled with USCIS 3/08 - Fingerprint date with USCIC set for April 4/08 - Fingerprints with USCIS done 4/08 - I-171H!! 9/11 - GOT THE CALL!!! 10/21 - got our first travel dates, we travel 11/22 11/22-11/26 - travelled to Moscow and met our little guy!!  12/19/08 - got our court date 1/29/09 1/26-1/30- In Moscow for court date 2/14-2/21 - In Moscow for final visit. 2/21/09 HOME FOREVER!!!

We really liked the restaurant Moo, Moo on old Arbat street. Anyway - so happy you are there safely and so excited to hear more news after you meet that sweet boy!

We ate at an ethnic Georgian restaurant (wooden outside with a traditional guard/soldier out front) which was great...the wine was wonderful...don'r remember the name but ask around and someone will direct you. We also loved the Ukrainian restaurants (chain but again I don't the name)...we opted for non-American/Western restaurants every time. And loved it.

don't eat at TheGoldenBird - we all got the runs.
it's like a mcd's. we ate at fridays. pretty easy to order and find something you like. we didn't have time to do much dining out. oh - be SURE to eat a crap-dog on the street!

Theres also a Hard Rock Cafe on old Arbat street. And there is a restuarant that is on the river (Can't remember the name) its a viking style boat right on the water. There is also a food court in the mall.

We ate mostly pancakes from the street (all good!), or at McDonald's. Moscow was so darned expensive.

Congratulations! We were in and out of Moscow so I dont even remember where we ate, only there to do paperwork and left...no time to sightsee. Best wishes.

-Hard Rock Cafe -McD's -On the River outside the Rad Hotel (kinda behind the Hotel) was a 'Pirate' Looking boat that was docked along the roadway. DH thinks its called the Viking Restaurant. Good Food.
