We're HOME & Family of Four!!!!!!!!
We got in late last Night or at least it felt late 9:00pm
Exhausted from the long flights. But everything went like clock work I have to say my agency is great! Everything went according to the plan they had laid out in front of us.
That is one of the main reasons I never said anything. Now I can. We have two children a boy who is 3 and a girl 2. They are sibilings and I can not be happier. The region we were in was smolensk and they move fast and as you can tell they waived the ten days. Court was quick as well with limited questions about anything in particular. Now I have to run some one is yelling about
something I will return and share more when I am able thanks for all the support and prayers.
XOXOOXOXO around. Floating on cloud nine or is it just sleep deprevation.

2/23/08 -First Home Visit
2/27/08 - Mailed I600A
3/16/08 - Final Home Visit
3/20/08 - Recived fingerprinting Date
4/9/08 - Fingerprinted by USCIS
6/1/08 - Got the call
7/1/08 - going on 1st trip
9/7/08 - Flying Back 2nd trip
9/10/08 - Court Date-Success!!! Got Kids 10 days waived
9/13/08 - Home At Last

I am so excited for you! That's terrific that they waved the 10 days!!!! What a blessing to be able to be together that much quicker! Best wishes for a quick adjustment period! I know it's going to be crazy busy for you at first but it calms down!

WOW, I am really happy for you. I was thinking about you while traveling. I am glad your family is safe!!!! I believe we used the same agency, I agree, you follow their plan everything works out great. At least for our two adoptions it did.

Congratulations to you and your family Ophelia! I didnt know they even waived the ten days anymore, I thought it was mandatory that you had to stay. That is great. If you get a chance, can you PM me your agency? Sometimes I post to other lists about good agencies I hear about. AGain so happy to hear your news.

1/11/08 - started Homestudy
1/15/08 - turned in USCIS paperwork w/o homestudy
2/21/08 - Homestudy completed
3/08 - found out USCIS lost all of our paperwork
3/08 - refiled with USCIS
3/08 - Fingerprint date with USCIC set for April
4/08 - Fingerprints with USCIS done
4/08 - I-171H!!
9/11 - GOT THE CALL!!!
10/21 - got our first travel dates, we travel 11/22
11/22-11/26 - travelled to Moscow and met our little guy!!
12/19/08 - got our court date 1/29/09
1/26-1/30- In Moscow for court date
2/14-2/21 - In Moscow for final visit.
2/21/09 HOME FOREVER!!!
