where do I send this PPR?

So, my agency closed and they have not forwarded my file and are not answering any attempts at communication. I still have my final 3 year PPR due. I have my SW and a local agency that are willing to "sponsor" the final PPR. They do not work in Russia at all. They will notarize and apostille...but they have no translation services and NO IDEA where to send these reports. I have called numerous accredited agencies asking for help and where to send this. I'm trying VERY hard to do the right thing...and NO ONE will help. The answer I keep getting is that they can't offer me advice as I didn't complete my adoption with them...but what is a person in this situation to do? I could skip the report - but that could jeopardize other adoptions, or would it only jeopardize the agency I worked with...which wouldn't matter as they have no more clients? Does anyone know someone I can call or what I should do next? I'm feeling incredibly let down that no one is willing to even talk to me (I haven't even gotten past ONE receptionist!).

i think i would find an agency that currently works in your region and just ask them for the correct mailing address of the regional MOE... then mail it yourself on your own.

include a note explaining why it is not translated and that you have done everything humanly possible to keep your commitment you made in court to complete all four required home studies.

one more thing -

if you have time, i can get it translated for you for no charge. my husband has a secretary who is russian. she immigrated here about 10 yrs ago and she translates all sorts of stuff for us. i know she would be very happy to help. she's fast too. usually just one day turn-around. PM if you are interested.

Thank you to everyone for giving me such helpful advice. Cyndie has saved the day with her agency. They are now my favorite people!!!

I noticed when I was researching on the link that Jen gave me it said it must be translated by an "approved" translator - but there was no list of approved translators...I also tried to call the embassey and I know we've discussed this before - but NO ONE answers!!! How annoying!

I hope no one else gets caught in this mess...
