We're Back!!!!
Everything is well...just super busy! WOW this is a HUGE adjustment going from no children to two!!
 Hee hee...Can't wait to fill you all in, but the kiddos are napping right now and I have a LOAD to do. Guess that means I'm officially a mommy now.  Have a great day! xoxoxox ps) To those who tried to pm me...sorry! I just emptied my box.

Received referral for our little boy May 15 - Received our referral for our little girl! Yippee!! May 20-25 - TRIP 1 July 29th Court Date Rescheduled - orphanage quarantine - chix pox August 5, 2008 - New Court Date August 6 - Adoptions Approved August 14 - Depart JFK Trip 3 August 18 - Custody!! Pick up Babies (11 & 21 mos old) August 23, 2008 - Home Forever

So glad you are home with your kiddos! Can't wait to see pictures of them!!!!
I know it's a huge adjustment going from 0-2! I thought 0-1 was tough! Not to worry, everything will fall in place and you will have a routine soon! Hugs!

So great to hear from you! I cannot imagine going from 0 to two.... dont worry, you'll get into a routine and figure out that a messy house means a fun, loving house (at least thats what I tell myself!)

Congrats!!!! Welcome home, glad you have your kiddos home safe and sound!!!
....... a little unsolicited advice that I wish I had tried harder at when we got home.........nap with the kids (at the same time I mean)!!!! Seriously, I am a horrible napper (wish it was easier!!), but, I didn't try too hard and after several months of our two new kiddos being on slightly different sleep schedules, I thought I was going to implode!! And after several months home, our DD pretty much started waking up every 1-2 hours for lovin as she started attaching......and would only allow me to fix it......so it only just recently (home almost 1.5 years) started getting better for us!! Not that you asked for advice..........but I couldn't resist!!!

Officially signed with agency for Kaz 2/05 Officially gave up on Kaz 9/06 Started in Russia to find our two kiddos 9/06 Waiting..........10/06 Got boy referral 10/06, Girl 12/06 Trip One call...we meet them on 12/26&27/06!!! Court Date 2/9/07 Home 2/28/2007, with our two kiddos!!!!!

A million congratulations!!!! I know you are so relieved to be done with this process and have your children safe in your loving home. Some day they will come to understand everything all of you went through to become the family God intended. I'm sure your head is spinning from trying to learn and attend to their needs, so make sure you take some breaks for yourself - even if you don't want to miss one tiny moment - it's good for all of you - kids and adults -to get some alone time to recharge. Can't wait to see pix. Your success gives hope to all those still waiting or about to enter the process. Enjoy your new beautiful family!!! ... and if you get hung-up on something, there are a zillion experiences on here to tap into. :-)
