agency gone south
Hi to the List,
I was doing reading earlier this evening about one of the big agencies which just "went south." If anyone on this board is with them I wanted to let you know that my thoughts are with you during this difficult time. Amy K< NJ

I just saw this on FRUA , a yahoo group and an agency rating guide.
Hopefully that PAPs in process will be able to complete their adoptions. I read that they were going to assign people to other agencies to complete the adoptions. My thoughts are with the PAPs in this terrible situation.

OMG, this really sad for the families in process! It sounds like a lot of people have lost a lot of money.
Prayers to those families affected!

Thank you for the "hints," where to find the information. I am sure many others were searching for the info after Amy's post. In this IA world as we all know any less than positive news in the media can sound so scary.
I hope the families that invested their trust, time, money and hopes into the agency will still be able to complete their adoptions. My prayers are with those families!

I just wanted to send heartfelt prayers from our family to all of the families adopting through this corrupt agency. We ALMOST used this agency; they were in our top 3. I've read a lot about class action lawsuits that are going to be filed and while it's not ideal, for a family who has lost everything, it may at least aide you in starting over.
We're all here to support you, and we're all praying.
