Changing Gender Preference on USCIS approval?
Hello all:
We are in waiting phase (have I-171H in hand), and are thinking of changing our gender preference (to either gender). I have been previously told that this would involve filing a homestudy addendum, a new form, and fees with USCIS. Does anyone have any recent experience with this? How long does it take to recieve the new I-171H? Is it the same time frame as I-600A to I-171H or is it a shorter/longer processing time? Does anyone know what the form number for this is, so I can look up processing times for this type of change? Thanks in advance!
