Britax Regent vs. Britax Frontier - where are the experts???

DS is hitting the "40" mark in all categories (height and weight). So, I am off to buy a new (five-harness!) car seat. I just read about the Britax Frontier which seems to be a new product. The Frontier can be used as a booster (over 80 pounds). Does anyone have experience with this car seat? What about the Regent?

We have 2 Regents, 1 Marathon and 1 Parkway...we will be soon replacing the Marathon with another Parkway or Bodyguard and DD will be in those and DS in the Regents. Because DD is going into 2nd grade and still in a booster...I am allowing her the boosters.

The Regent will last longer because it has higher top slots, but the Frontier converts to a booster. Either one will last a long time

We have the Regent for our 60 pound, 49 inch tall 6 year old daughter. She's comfortable in it and will be able to use it for a lot longer. The only downside that I see to the seat is that it is HUGE and heavy. It's not something that you would want to switch from one vehicle to the other often. We chose the Regent for the 5 point harness.

We have the Regent as well for Adrian (he is 48 lbs and 5 years old). We also wanted it for the 5 pt harness (not only is it safer but he cannot undo it by himself), the high back and we are very, very happy with it. Its very roomy and comfortable for him. When we purchased it early last year we were on a waiting list for 6 months but you cannot beat the ratings and comfort level.
