Considering 2 agencies
I am new to this forum and my dh and I are looking into adopting a baby girl from Russia. We have 2 beautiful boys who are 4 and 7. We have had no luck getting pg again after 3 IUI/IVF cycles. So we would like to adopt our 3rd and final child.
I have done research on both Adoption Associates Inc. in Michigan and Frank Adoption Center in NC. They both seem wonderful and I would love for anyone with personal experience with either to PM if you wouldn't mind. Choosing an agency is such a hard decision and I want to make the right choice. Thank you in advance for any info you could provide, it is very much appreciated!

I am also not familiar with either agency, but I would ask around about girl referrals from Russia. I know in the last few months that girl referrals have been harder to come by, and I guess some agencies are not even accepting applications for families who are onlly requesting girls (at least young girls anyway). I know people ARE bringing home little girls, but I think the #s have really decreased. Maybe things are better now, things are always changing over there. Good luck! If you don't get much feedback on the agency questions, you can post the name of the agency on the thread and then ask for PMs for info. I think people who have used these agencies will be more likely to see the thread and respond. Good luck!
