I can only wonder if this is why accreditations are not being issued right now. I hope not. But this is why I think it is not wise to "push" the Russians in trying to convince them to hurry up the process. They are already not real happy with us! Just my thoughts!

Hi Wendi.... Thanks for posting the link.. I had not seen this particular article. I am sure that there are soooo many other issues going on, and that international adoption is not that high on Their list of things (politics, election coming, global human rights organizations, etc.). I sure do hope that they DO straighten out that paperwork/conditions/approvals VERY soon.
