Adoption Ark-Agency Feedback
Hi,

I am currently in process for Guatemala adoption and we are considering a second adoption from Russia. Please PM me if you have any feedback (good or bad) on the above agency.

I just used them for my Kaz adoption. I can't speak for the Russia program, but if you'd like to contact me anyway, feel free.

Two boys (5 and 7)
Feb 05 to Aug 06 unsuccessful in Russia
August 06, changing countries (paperchasing)
Oct 06 dossier sent to agency
Nov 06 dossier made it through the Embassy, now
it's on its way to Kaz!!
Dec 06 dossier at the first Ministry (MFA)
Jan 06 dossier now at second Ministry (MOE)
One more to go.....that's the regional one
Still hoping for LOI (letter of invitation) in Jan
Jan 31---dossier still at MOE, no LOI in Jan
Feb 16--We know our region--Karaganda Kaz.
Last step in the process--wait for LOI
March 15 07--received LOI
Left for Kaz March 21
Paperwork glitch but decided to stay while it was handled (hence the long time between leaving for trip and court)

Unhappy help
Does anyone have any information on adoption ark or happy families. We are trying to adopt from russia and understand that agencies need to be accredited. Both agency are not, but assure me that they can bring children home. Im not sure I understand.
