Photos of our kiddos!!!
So the word chaotic only puts a dent in how the past two weeks have felt for us. We got home at the beginning of the month, and after finally feeling like we were starting to settle in a bit.....our boy got pneumonia and had a febrile seizure to give us a heart attack.
Now, all have the cold he started with, and he is feeling better....guess thats how it works!!! So, with no further delay, a few shots of our family!!! We would like to introduce our latest additions, he is 2.75 years old, and she is 14 months. They look like bio sibs but are not. They have very different personalities, and we are slowly getting to know their wants and needs!! More soon I hope after we settle another notch in (and get rid of the cold!!).

Officially signed with agency for Kaz 2/05 Officially gave up on Kaz 9/06 Started in Russia to find our two kiddos 9/06 Waiting..........10/06 Got boy referral 10/06, Girl 12/06 Trip One call...we meet them on 12/26&27/06!!! Court Date 2/9/07 Home 2/28/2007, with our two kiddos!!!!!

They are so adorable and look so happy. I can only imagine how hard the last few weeks have been , but I am sure so wonderful having them home at last.
My two also look like bio siblings but are not. I think it's kind of neat for them. Congrats again! Katie

Well they get the vote of 'ahhhhh' from my two little Russian kiddos. And I agree they are just too ahhhhh, cute. CONGRATS! And isn't amzing when your 2 non-bio's resemble each other? We still get asked if our kids are twins!? ENJOY!!!!!

Two boys (5 and 7) Feb 05 to Aug 06 unsuccessful in Russia August 06, changing countries (paperchasing) Oct 06 dossier sent to agency Nov 06 dossier made it through the Embassy, now it's on its way to Kaz!! Dec 06 dossier at the first Ministry (MFA) Jan 06 dossier now at second Ministry (MOE) One more to go.....that's the regional one Still hoping for LOI (letter of invitation) in Jan Jan 31---dossier still at MOE, no LOI in Jan  Feb 16--We know our region--Karaganda Kaz. Last step in the process--wait for LOI March 15 07--received LOI Left for Kaz March 21 Paperwork glitch but decided to stay while it was handled (hence the long time between leaving for trip and court) Court May22, 2007

Beautiful kids! I can really relate to your first few crazy weeks. One of our daughters had pneumonia right when we got home and then the other one needed emergency dental surgery. Between trying to get their needs met and our 2 bio children who were so ready for our attention at home....oh, it was tough! Hang in there.
