I am so excited to be travelling next week! I want to send a special hug and prayers to all of the other waiters. I just know things will start moving soon! Waiting is horrible, but one day, out of the blue, you WILL receive that call! Keep the faith. I will try to get a feel for things over the pond and post while there.

Hello from Stavropol!!
We are here, court went well, so now we are trying to wait out the 10 days without going stir crazy.
Fortunately the EuroHotel here has WiFi and we brought our laptop. My advice to upcoming trip 2 travelers...take LOADS of movies! Thanks for thinking of us. When we get back, I will post "gotcha" pictures! Doreen PS. Jamie is such a blessing to us...the orphanage director said such wonderful things about him and us in court I cried!

Hi Pinkie! We are now at our region! Our court was moved from 2/15 to 2/19. We actually have court in 4 hours! I will report back when everything is done, there is no likelihood for the 10 days to be waived here. So I will be here for another 3 weeks with limited internet connection! How frustrating. Good luck to all those waiting

Home from Trip 1 . . . Now Waiting Again
We are home from trip one, actually got back on Friday night. Now it is the wait for Trip 2 and our Court Date.
Our son is an angel (OK we are biased), and everyone says he looks like us, too. It was tough leaving after 3 days of seeing him. He just started to get used to us, and then we had to say goodbye. Hopefully the wait will go quickly. We are told that Moscow is now running around 1 month between trips. We will see. RB

We had a successful court Monday 2/19 in Astrakhan. We are also waiting out the 10 days here, and will get full custody of my son 3/3. Good luck and stay patient to all those waiting. Thanks for everyone for their support in this forum. We would not have kept our sanity with you guys!
