Adoption Tax Credit

Its that time of year again. Does anyone know if you can claim the fee for a state re-adoption? We adopted in 2005 and took full advantange of the adoption credit for that year. Since then, we completed our readoption in our state in 2006 and was just wondering if any of those fees can be claimed this year? Just wondering. It is a much smaller fee, but every little bit would help.

No, you can only claim for the Final adoption, since an adoption can only be final once. The answer would have to be no.
