I'm in the process of adopting from E. Europe, have homestudy done, and wrote in Ukraine, but now I'm seeing listings from other countries and getting videos. What to do? Try Ukraine independently or go with what I have in hand in terms of videos. Cost is more with agencies, but then knowing ahead is worth a lot, too. Any insights? Hope to travel in Nov.
