Hey you travelers.
I have a phone card that I didn't use up. I'm not sure how many more minutes are on it, but I suspect quite a few. We paid $60 for it, and there is just under $30 left, and I used it for one or two calls a day every day I was in Russia for both trips! I know it works in Moscow. Not sure if it would work in your individual regions.. but it's worth a try. It's available to the first person who asks. I only ask that if there is any minutes left you let me know so that we can pass it on to another traveler.
