SLOW DOWN in russian adoption???!!!
 I have been hearing rumors about MOE resigned from their office! is this TRUE? I just filed paperwork in our agancy (aeci) and in concerned that this will slow down the process of our adoption esp since all majority of the agencies are still for re-accreditation.

I have heard this information on other forums as well. However, at this point, I think the most it can be considered is a rumor.
Several posters on another forum say they got the information from their agency, but it seems that one agency told multiple posters. Nobody else's agency has confirmed it, and when the original posters asked for names/dates/news articles, the agency could not provide those. I would think if ministers resigned, it would be big news. So... I don't have a definitive answer for you, but I wouldn't worry too much about this one (yet). Seems like there's enough going on even without this.
