A week long visit from Hayden & Helena
Hi Everyone!
I didn't see too may familiar names this evening, but for all the "old timers" wanted to let you know Laura and the kids were here for a week. Hayden & Helena are both growing like weeds (Baby Drew, too). We didn't do too much running around - in fact it was just lots of Grandma time, and I loved every minute. Helena talks non-stop, just listening to her can wear a person out! She loved our pool and is quite the dare devil. I tried to teach her to float, but she was a little nervous when I tried to slide my hands away! Hayden is a little frightened of the water but cousin Riley showed him how to hold his breath and go under water! He starts kindergarten in a couple weeks - so does Riley and my big boy Cody is starting high school. Baby Drew eats like a little pig and learned to crawl the week he was here. He's almost as big as Helena-she's still our little "peanut"-wears a 2T and Drew is wearing 18-24 months. I was pooped at the end of the week but cried when they left and would do it over again in a minute! Hope everyone is doing well and that happy things are taking place in each & every home!

Thanks for the update - I was actually thinking of Bratgirl over the weekend as one of my sister's friends just adopted and then found out she is pregnant (and thrilled to be a mom of 2) Sounds like fun times with all your grand children - would love pics if you are up for it! Best to Laura and fam! Karen

It was so nice to see your post. I think of you and your daughter and family often. Thanks for the update. Tell her to get on here when she gets a chance - sounds like she's keeping pretty busy though. Keep us posted granny!

Sounds like the children are doing wonderful and I cannot believe that it will soon be 2 years home for your grandchildren (Laura and Kevin were over in Russia for trip #2 the same time that we were and came home within 2 days of each other). I am so happy to hear that all the kids are doing so well
, does Laura go back to school soon? Give her our best!

Just talked to Laura-pictures coming soon! You won't believe how much they've grown and changed, but Hayden still has his "sexy" dimple. It was so good to hear from all of you-just like old times!
