Research
Now that my daughter has been home 2yrs...I just wonder if the birth mother has had anymore children. Has anyone done any research on finding the birth mother or finding out if the birth mother has anymore children, besides trying to go through your agency?

I just got done doing that. You need to send a letter to the MOE in your region requesting that you be notified in the event of other siblings. You also need to let your USA agency know your willing to adopt a sib. Your file will get tagged and if the birthmom uses her "real" name thenyou will be contacted. Russia likes to try to keep sibs together. So I hear. I have a source who can help with the translation and sending of a letter. PM me if interested.
