surprise surprise accepted a referral
Hi to the LIst,

We were pleasantly surprised yesterday to receive a referral of a beautiful baby girl in the Tver region. Her medical looked great(looks much better than me lol). So we're going for it! We leave next Saturday night. My head is swirling about wondering what we need to do.

Great news! I will second that Tver is a wonderful region.. very adoption friendly, and it was really fun to be able to stay in-region (a difference from our 1st adoption).
