Dateline NBC to Air Our Story on Sunday
We are excited to share with you our story of the adoption of our 3 sets of twins from Russia, which will be airing on Dateline NBC on Sunday, June 25th at 7:00 p.m. for the full hour. The Dateline website at http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3032600/ will have video clips of all of our children that were just filmed days ago describing their life in the last two years, and their thoughts on their life before in Russia after the segment has run.
It is our prayer as a family that the large platform our children will hold on Dateline NBC will be a window to their healing for many others to witness and perhaps be moved to make a difference in other children’s lives. In closing, we would like to ask you to please rate this story after it airs on the Dateline web page. You simply click on the line from 1-5 (hopefully near the 5). We’re hoping that your input will cause Dateline and other media sources to continue to air positive stories that benefit children and change lives for the better. Also, feel free to email or write Dateline to further add positive input. Help us show NBC and other networks that we applaud positive stories that really change lives. As I'm not living in the US I can't watch it but just looked at the link. Have I read correctly, all 6 kids are biological brothers and sisters??

This is wonderful news. A while back many of us from this forum were writing and calling different news shows, Oprah, newspapers hoping to get one of them to do a show about the positive adoption stories. I'm so thrilled it is happening!
Thanks for posting, I knew nothing about the upcoming show, now it's in my Tivo!

Two boys (5 and 7) Feb 05 to Aug 06 unsuccessful in Russia August 06, changing countries (paperchasing) Oct 06 dossier sent to agency Nov 06 dossier made it through the Embassy, now it's on its way to Kaz!! Dec 06 dossier at the first Ministry (MFA) Jan 06 dossier now at second Ministry (MOE) One more to go.....that's the regional one Still hoping for LOI (letter of invitation) in Jan Jan 31---dossier still at MOE, no LOI in Jan  Feb 16--We know our region--Karaganda Kaz. Last step in the process--wait for LOI March 15 07--received LOI Left for Kaz March 21 Paperwork glitch but decided to stay while it was handled (hence the long time between leaving for trip and court) Court May22, 2007

Hi Lisa... I can't wait to see this Sunday evening.... I clicked on the link, and cannot find your story... They are showing the Mt. Everest story line for Sunday at 7PM (06/25/06)! Am I confusing this with something else! I soooo want to see your story. Could you just reconfirm... The web site is probably WRONG!!!!
