Book hotel now or while in Russia?
Still don't know what hotel to stay at in Russia as we are uncertain if our 10 days will be waived or not. Is it a good idea to book before you go to Russia,Moscow or wait until you get there? Also can someone tell me what hotel has wi-fi in the rooms? If you book now,but don't show up on the day that you say you will can they still charge you? We will be leaving next Sat and thank you all for your prayers. Its been a long 8 months between trips!

1) Book assuming you're staying the extra time...it's far easier to leave early than rent a non-existent room. But do check with the particular hotel's cancellation policies
2) No-shows most often result in you being charged for the night and then having the rest of your reservation canceled. Once again, check on the particular hotel's cancellation policies

I can't speak for cancellation policies or the best way to book your stay. I do know that the Radisson SAS in Moscow has WiFi in all rooms as well as a business center on the 2nd floor where you can rent a computer terminal for $5 per 15 minutes.
