INTRODUCING...... SUMMER ISABELLA (at last!!!)
Hey All!
we are back at home, and still reeling from, (what we've come to refer to as...) WEENIE TOUR 2006! We had our share of horror stories (more on that much later) but it seemed like everything we touched was golden!! Here are the first pix.. we are still in disbelief that our little girl is finally home! xoxo Rain My dear friend LOLA sent me these socks (since Im from Hawaii) and as promised when little Summer's feet touched ground in America, she was wearing them proudly!! ok so we did get a few weird looks!!

she is totally into babies.. I took her this one on trip one, and she remembered it! (As for me, Im not sure!!) but she seemed happy !!

The weather was about 60 degrees warmer this time! We enjoyed walking outside, getting to know one another..

Rainy,
I know you are still in awe that you are home, BUT YOU ARE HOME ! Welcome home. I know all of us on the forum are so glad you all made it back safe and sound. As much as everyone's journey has its twists and turns, some longer than others, but everyone's own journey none the less....you have traveled yours. One of the highlights of our visit,
was blowing bubbles for all the kids! I wish you could see the pix of all the little faces... they all clamored around wanting to be held.. "GO PLAY!" Summer yelled at them! she didnt want the kids near her new mama & daddy!!

It was late in the day.
we had JUST brought her home from the orphanage.. I placed her on the bed in the hotel room... suddenly, amidst the dusk starting to fall, a beam of light fell across her. Luckily, I had my camera nearby what I saw gave me goose bumps.. SHE IS TRULY A LITTLE ANGEL...

My son picked this out to bring to her..
ANGELINA BALLERINA.. she LOVED it!! even now she makes a little mouse face everytime she picks her up!

I agree with Karen, you post brought tears to my eyes. She is just beautiful, truly an angel! I am glad you made it home safe and sound, I can't wait to hear more about your trip.
