UFA/Baskiria and Niziny Novgorod Regions

Has anyone been to either of the above regions? If so could you share your experiences with me. You can PM me if you feel more comfortable.

Thank You

Ang

Bumping again. Really hoping to gather some info on these regions. They don't seem very popular.

Ufa

One of the regions our agency works with is Ufa. We did not travel to this region, but have heard from others who have. It is not uncommon for 10 day waiting period to be waived. I've heard positive things.

Sorry, I haven't been to either region - but my husband and I were originally assigned to Nizhny Novgorod region and were very excited about going there. However, we waited for a referral of an infant girl from there for about 6 months last year. Our agency said things were moving very slowly there at the time, so they gave us the option of changing regions, which we did. We came home with our daughter from Volgograd in Feb. 2006.

Congratulations on bringing your your little girl and thank you so much for the information. It would seem that NN region changes with respect to moving and slowdowns. I will be keeping an eye on its movement in the next few months before we have to decide on a region.

Thanks again.
