I should preface my response with the disclaimer that I am completely done with my family building.
HOWEVER, if I were to have another child, I would absolutely use the same agency. It would be easier to go back to my region since it wouldn't be as scary as the first time, I'd know where to stay (out of the two choices) and I think the slight familiarity would take some of the tension out of the process. However, I'm done. 4 kids total, and I'm just done. Maybe if I were younger I'd think about going back, but I can't imagine it, and my hat's off to all that do go back for more.

We loved our agency, but being in Moscow was so expensive that I think we would have enjoyed seeing other parts of the country knowing we would end up in Moscow no matter what region we were in!

Absolutely on the region. I love the fact that both boys were born in the same city because Saratov babies roock! But we would be open to another region as well, if we were open to another adoption - which changes depending on the day and someone's attitude.
