What exciting news!!! I remember dancing in the street when we got ours for DS. I remember thinking that it should come in a fancy envelope or something because it's such an awaited piece of paper. Now let's hear that phone RING!!!!

It was my understanding...via my agency...that you couldn't get a court date until you had your approval.

i think the only reason it's needed for court is because they want to make sure you have it at the embassy and that there are no problems getting you OUT of russia.

that's why INS sends a copy to moscow.

but - that's just my understanding - i could be wrong.

whatever the case - WE HAVE IT!!!
