Does russia look at income to debt ratio?

I was wondering if russia looks at income to debt ratio? I'm not sure what ours is right now but our credit cards are getting to be on the high side again. We have $35000 left on our line of credit, and we should be able to get more out of the house if needed.

I think you will find this varies per agency as well, but basically they look at your assets and can you financially afford the child (not the adoption).
First time around we had to fill out a net worth form (which showed both, assets and liabilities), this time it is just assets. We do have to provide things like employment letters which show our salaries.
No one will check your credit. So it should not be an issue.
Check with your agency to what specific documents they require, but I wouldn't worry abou tthis.

Sounds good, our income to debt doesn't look that great right now, but we have two sets of grandparents that are very much looking forward to spoiling our child (after lossing Veronica, they are even more ready to be awesome grandparents), and my mom keeps telling me not to worry about the money, but it is hard not too!

Princess,

They can't, because they never would have let us adopt.

For our agency, we had to fill out a monthly salary/monthly expenditures sheet. It included utilities, mortgage, loans, food, etc. We were honest, and it looked horrible-we about broke even.

Hi "Princess".... I am sure you will be fine!!! When I filled out my dossier, there was a financial section, liquid, home, car, expenses, etc. - I too was nervous as I as single, and only had the one income.

Now, my sister and BIL adopted around the same time as me, and they broke even on paper, and they where fine!!!

I would not worry about that at all!!!! Now, get that paper chase/work moving!!!!
