French Wait-ers Club
SO SAD!
Just saw this on the Russian language forum: There are 85 French families waiting to adopt from Irkutsk and unable to do so because of changes in the government. It is a great site, I am thinking of setting one up for us Americans that are waiting for court dates in Irkutsk. I believe there are over 100 of us waiting now.
