Late Winter Fun...Picture Parade Time
I am always noticing how many picture threads are in the Guatemala forum...we need MORE pictures showing off our beautiful kids too.
So, here is what we did this weekend...in sunny and warm South Florida...while most of the country is still freezing and cold...we hung out by the pool!   (And you can all remind me about my bragging during hurricane season...when we pay for our perfect days.) So, if anyone would like to post some recent shots...please join me. These are from yesterday...the water is only 73...brrr! And I had to include Alex with his best friend...they are just so funny together.

Sorry but Arianna cracks me up...she has started posing...maybe I have a future model on my hands. What she lacks in size she makes up for in personality...LOL!!! These are from Saturday and Sunday...thanks for indulging me.

Notice the light jackets, this was during the "warmer spell" we had a few weeks ago. Still not swimming weather...LOL Vicki

here is Alek riding his new John Deere--he is too funny on it and the other pic was him anxiously awaiting the time to go out and play in the snow.
karen--I am seriously jealous of the swimming outside in the winter!!! It's the first day of spring and there were snow flurries this morning.  Vicki--I have the exact same pics from our visits to the aquarium, I love the city in the background. My friends got married there and our wedding party pic is the same thing at sunset--so beautiful!

Not the clearest picture, but the most recent. My niece (the older girl in the picture) was trying to get our Maddie (in pink coat) to draw with the sidewalk chalk. Maddie didn't really get the concept, she just wanted to hold the chalk.

We went on a road trip to San Antonio this weekend. We enjoyed the beauty of the Texas wildflowers along the way. Henry also attended his first musical (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat). We wrapped up our visit with a boat ride on the famous Riverwalk.

Hey you FL folks - We have indoor pools and can swim in the winter too!
My angel went swimming with Grandpa yesterday. Granted it is much more fun in the sunshine and without having to put a winter coat on to get back to the car with a wet head.Thanks for sharing the great photos.

We're still in cold weather mode, here - only 35 degrees out right now on the first full day of spring! So, while we get outside to play, we're still inside more with toys spread everywhere.
 So Erin got creative with a diaper box last week, and turned it into one of Danny's favorite things - a car! She drew tires and windows on the outside, and a windshield and steering wheel/controls on the inside. Then the two of them had a ball! I love the one where they have the same expression on their faces - a new favorite of mine!
