Thanks Ya'll. I am very honored and hope this serves everyone well. Some of the questions are duplicated and not quite in the right order yet so download it and make it work for you. I've used it with two agencies and it took about an hour and a half both times. Of course like any other research document, it's not perfect and will always be in need of tweaking and updating.
