Here's my two princesses...Sadie & Saige...
Sadie...spoiled? moi? but of course! Saige thinking...do you mind...I am trying to sleep here?! Sadie...the diva! Saige...she's not fat...she's fluffy! Two weeks ago today, my cocker spaniel, Jilly, had 6 puppies. They are purebred American cockers and a couple of them will be shown in conformation. They opened their eyes earlier this week. I willl probably keep "Buzz" (top row, middle) and/or "Cali"(top row, right). I've had a bit of a rough time with them because mom has no milk, so I've been tube feeding them (threading a thin tube into their stomachs, and then using a syringe to push formula into them) which had to be done every two hours for the first week or so. But, things have calmed down now and I feed them every 3-4 hours so I'm getting a little more sleep!
I had a meeting with my social worker scheduled for the time they were due and I had to call and cancel because the puppies were coming. Oops!

Here's a picture of mom, Jilly (sticking out her tongue) and my other cocker spaniel, Sierra. I do agility with my dogs...where they jump hurdles and go on teeter totters, etc.

These babies are all adorable too...and such a wide variety...LOL!
OK, every time I check this thread...the pictures I posted have moved...ahhhh! So, to clarify...Sadie is the more 'petite' pooch on the pink pillow...Saige is ahem...not so petite...  metobolicaly (sp?)challenged is the vets description...Saige is also the 'whiter' of the two. Poor thing...she's the one one anti depressents too. Keep 'um coming! Karen

here are my fur babies. the first one is Chi Chi and Remington. You can probably guess who is who. Unfortunately Chi Chi died about 2 years ago. Then along came Sammy (who is now an 80lbs Collie and not a cute little puppy) because I was afraid Remingtion was going to die from grief if he did not get a friend. Last one is Elvis with the girls. I would have a million pets if dh would let me
