One year ago today...
Emma became our Daughter. I can't get over how fast the time has gone. For all of you please keep the faith. I know all to well how are the wait is but let me be the one to say it is worth it. God will answer your prayers I promise. IT WILL HAPPEN!!! Hugs and hope to you all, may your dreams come ture very soon, Kathleen

Wow, isn't she just beautiful! And talk about a smile that could light up a room! And I think her name is lovely, too. What a precious little girl.
Congratulations on this special anniversary, and thanks for sharing. So happy for your family and a year's worth of beautiful memories already made together.

Two boys (5 and 7) Feb 05 to Aug 06 unsuccessful in Russia August 06, changing countries (paperchasing) Oct 06 dossier sent to agency Nov 06 dossier made it through the Embassy, now it's on its way to Kaz!! Dec 06 dossier at the first Ministry (MFA) Jan 06 dossier now at second Ministry (MOE) One more to go.....that's the regional one Still hoping for LOI (letter of invitation) in Jan Jan 31---dossier still at MOE, no LOI in Jan  Feb 16--We know our region--Karaganda Kaz. Last step in the process--wait for LOI March 15 07--received LOI Left for Kaz March 21 Paperwork glitch but decided to stay while it was handled (hence the long time between leaving for trip and court) Court May22, 2007

One year ago last Sunday I met you at JFK on your way to get her. (I'm Katrina-I have the big blond husband). We were reliving our first trip and your name came up, talking about our trip over.
Can you believe it's been a year? Congratulations! How gorgeous she's become!!
