When I click on my User CP, I can see where others have given me green "lights" for threads - or red, I'm guessing. How do you do that?

On the main page of a thread (i.e. the screen that you'll see if you click on the thread), you'll see a little set of scales above the thread on the right. It is next to the # that lists the sequence of the post (i.e. this post is post #1 in this thread) and is above the original poster's repuation rating. Click on the scales, and you'll see the ability to agree or disagree with the post, and leave a message if you want. You cannot leave a rep point generally -- it has to be as a part of a post.

And to see what folks are telling you, click on the "User CP" up on the top left hand corner of the page. You'll see the comments and sometimes the names of the people who wrote them.
