I'm thinking you mean the dr. who needs to see them before they can leave the country? This was done on the second trip after court is done in Moscow.

On the second trip. The exam is to complete their visa application. The physcian must certify that your child satisfies the health requirements for admission to the United States. It is not a general medical avaluation of your child's state of health or development and should not be viewed as as substitute for an IA physiscian evaluation or exam if you are inclined to get one of either.

I was using the wrong lingo...I meant getting an independent doctor to check them out, I guess that's the IA doctor. Is that done on the second trip as well?

First trip if in person...prior to first trip if you are sending the info you receive at referral.
