Going Bonkers - Help!
I'm going a little bonkers with all of the paperwork requirements for my dossier and the littlest things are stressing me out. My latest stresser is the mortgage letter I had notarized by my out of state mortgage company. I also just received the county clerk certification for it too. As I was about to send it out for Apostille, I just realized that the mtg company abbreviated the state in my address instead of spelling it out (not in the text of the letter, just in the "to" part of the letter at the top. How big of a deal is that? Do I need to have it redone?
My dossier paperwork states no abbreviations except for "USA". I have also inquired w/ my agency, but I am not patient enough to wait for their answer so I thought I would check in with all you experienced folks. Sue |

I don't have the answer, but I can definitely sympathize - I had sooooo many problems with my mtge company. Our agency said the same thing, but I noticed abbreviations on their documents - state license, etc. So, I bet you will be ok.

We have many letters with abbreviations in our dossier - hasn't caused any problem.

We abbreviated our state several times in our docs too. That hasn't been a problem for us so far.

My agency is PICKY! And I have never heard anything about abbreviations! I know I put FL. all over my docs.
Also, I have not heard anything about a mortgage document, other than a verification of residence and the deed! |
