GA INS: delay

I was upset to know that Rebecca Hawkins has been reassigned and no longer handles orphan petitions. They are now handled by Eloise Franklin who does not even have a message on her voice mail. I have NEVER been able to speak with a real person, only a voice mail. Also, how long does it take normally to process the fingerprints? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No where on our letter did it state that. His office helped on this also. It would be better if you can set up an appointment time if they will let you. Best of luck, Tina

Keep good records of who you've contacted. The congressman will probably have you write an official letter to him detailing it all and then he will contact INS and get your name in front of them. It should work. Hope this helps...
