I don't know anything about this particular agency but I do need to mention two things.
1. We cannot discuss agencies on here, all agency discussion must be handled in private. If you look at the top you can find a link to read private messages. You can also request people e-mail you, though some people prefer to do things on here only and would want to use private messages, which we abbriviate often to PM.
2. An agency is only as good as it's in country staff. So an agency that has a fabulous program in one country may have a lousy one in another. Because so much depends on the staff in the particular country. So it's best to ask for references of people who have adopted from the country you are adopting from. Also be sure to ask for references from the most recent to travel. This goes for any agency.

Yes, We adopted from Russia. Ethiopia sounds wonderful! I hope your process is speedy! We are in the considering all the options for #2. Best of luck with everything!
