Forgot to mention - mandys moon website has some really neat ideas. We used them for our labels to put on our announcements and it had a little boy (personalized the hair color) holding a US flag and a Russia flag (you can choose any country). Then you have four lines so we started with "Jaxon Gregory is finally here!" and then put the three lines of our address.

I printed our announcement myself on 5x7 photo paper along with a journey letter. It told everyone alittle of what we went through with a map of our travels.

I'm with Karen, I never seemed to find the time. I may go ahead and send something with the Christmas cards this year with a Gotcha Day and current picture side by side.

I saw the Announcement that Waitinginnj had done for her daughter during our first meeting at the mall and it brought tears to my eyes... it was perfect and it gave me such hope that I too would have a child soon.

So, with her permission, I adapted her idea. I used the same first lines but the other wording was different. We took a pic of the three of us in front of St. Basil's and then I photoshopped it to come up with the final version. We sent out around 90 of these within 3 weeks of coming home.

It frames beautifully and I know a few people still have it on their fridge or on display even now...
