For about two days, when I click to go on the forum in my favorites it won't open up and then when I get here, I click on a thread to open and see responses, I get a blank page sometimes and other times it is normal. Not sure what is going on. Last night I could not get on at all and thought it must be my computer. But this morning, i clicked and got on right away. What is going on BrandyHagz Do not know how to get this message to tech support but it needs to be sent. Something that was so great, now has a problem.

Yes, me too...a few others have commented as having these same problems in the "the boards, whats up?" thread. Hopefully they will fix this soon!!!!!!!

Yes, there are technical difficulties and we are working on them. Please post your specific problems on the Tech Support forum, or just click on the link that Volfe has provided.

With such a forum wide problem and everyone being affected slightly different, we would appreciate your comments on the Tech Support forum so that we will be able to report the specifics to be corrected.

I get the blank screen when I try to click on the link to report the problem. It seems if I disconnect and then re-connect to the internet it will work properly for a little bit. This is annoying but I thought maybe that telling what helps me would help tech-support.

Hi everyone.

Generally, we don’t mind going from forum to forum dealing with tech issues…but unfortunately, its just becoming to time consuming, especially when there are 675 other forums in which we must monitor. For that reason, I ask that you post all technical support issues on the Technical Support Forum. This keeps all “tech issues” in one place, so they are easy to identify and fix quickly…rather than spending that time searching out posts on various forums.
