Problem sending a PM
I was trying to send a private message to Wendrew (Wendi) but I couldn't. For some reason, the private message she sent to me only was displayed on half of my computer screen. I couldn't read the other half of her message & also couldn't find the "Reply to this Message" icon.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? How do I fix it? No matter how much I tried to move the message over on my screen, it still only displayed half the message. Thanks for any help you can give me. Kathy from NJ

There is a scroll bar at the bottom of the page, did you try scrolling?

I have this problem too and I did try to scroll and to resize the screen. Also, I cannot read the pm's I receive as the screen is split too. I thought it was only me... with a computer snafu! Hopefully its just a bug...

Tech Support is not aware of this problem, if you can duplicate it and send a screenshot to Admin@adoptionmedia.com, that'd be great!

My PM screen is the same way, and I do not know how to send a screen shot.

We welcome our sweet angel Hannah to our family! 6/2/06 Home forever!

hit the PrtScn key on your keyboard, open your email and put the curser in the body of the email then right click paste or CtrlV

Thanks for your suggestions, Brandy. I tried it & it worked, but now I have to scroll down to the bottom, drag the gray box across, then scroll back up to read the right side of the message, then repeat the process in reverse to move it back to where it began. This has never happened to me before. In the past, if I couldn't view an entire message, all I had to do was hold down the right arrow key on my keyboard & it would move across. Now that no longer works.
I pressed the PrtScn key on my keyboard, but nothing happened. I'll try Shifting while pressing it to see if that works so I can send a screen shot to you. Thanks again. Kathy

Ack!
No, nothing will happen...hit the key then open your email and hit CtrlV and it will paste a picture of your screen to the email.

try going to the top of the screen go to View and then
click on text size and reduce it to med. or small whatever. I had this problem this morning with the 1/2 and this corrected it for me but my letters were large

I figured it out!
For some reason, you need to go down to the bottom of the page and, where it says "fixed display" or something like that, you need to select "100%" from the pull down menu. That takes care of the problem, or at least it did for me. Hope this helps everyone.
